TEU and the Whitstable Oyster Festival
TEU produced, curated and marketed the Whitstable Oyster Festival for 5 years, diversifying its audience, increasing its commercial potential whilst maintaining its community roots. With multiple events happening simultaneously across the town over 10 days, TEU offered its client, Canterbury City Council, a full turnkey solution to the management and delivery of this 80’000 footfall event.
TEU Responsibilities:
- Full live event production and management
- Budget management and fiscal risk
- Agreeing and meeting all KPIs set by the client, Canterbury City Council
- EMPs including Traffic Management, Health and Safety, Welfare and presenting to the SAG
- Applying for and obtaining all necessary licences, including landowner permissions, premises licence, Temporary Event Notices, PRS and PPL
